Why are these LYING ADS ALLOWED?? They just want to get HITS! WHY IS IT ALLOWED - WAKE UP EBAY!!

The yput these MULTIPLE ADS - so that people will see the CHEAP ITEM and look at it- thinking that it's a good bargain - ONY TO FIND - they are "out of stock" or the item REALLY DOESN'T EXIST at that price.

  What the HELL ARE EBAY DOING ABOUT IT!!! - AS USUAL - NOTHING!!

   IT'S SICKENING - 

IT IS, IN FACT    --=  FALSE ADVERTISING - but EBAY don't care - as long as they are gettin their money for the ADS - THEY DONT'T CARE

Its advertising, and you will be hard pressed to prove it is False, misleading or illegal.  Have a think about all the forms of

advertising you are being bombarded with in B&M Stores. Think about all those flyers,  Sale/Sale/Sale  that you probably throw

in the bin, anything there that might be designed to get you in store, and of course  B&M stores never run out of adverftised items.

Yes, it can be annoying. I have stuff on my watch list, some dvd's that I want to get etc, and they have out of stock but the listings still active. Just extra stuff to trawl though.
