No probably.

I am in agreeance with you...ebay actually has listing rules ..supposedly to prevent such things from occuring...however any rule is only as strong as the enforcement imposed on transgressors.
And in that ebay is desperately lacking. They have many rules that are ignored repetitively because the listers know that ebay will not enforce its own rules in those cases.
And on that note I think ebay should get rid of most american listings appearing on the Australian ebay.
Admittedly their prices can sometimes be good...but their postage is ridiculous (almost as bad as Canadas) and precludes anyone from purchasing their items.

Good.
I won't go into the reasons why US postage is so high. I'm sure a few seconds of YOUR time will turn the answer up. Nor why supporting another country's economy doesn't help ours.
Why do people think they can get stuff from OS eBay sellers for cheap? And get 'as described' for far less than value?
Do you all think this place is a massive garage sale?
it's not.
