Re: miss leading buyers with bad tracking numbers

The items are sent to Australia with a bunch of other products from China and repacked in a warehouse in Chullora, then an Australian tracking number is supplied once it's repacked. When you get your item have a look at the return address then google it, the item cannot be returned there and a bunch of other items from China are also delivered there. The address won't exist

Re: miss leading buyers with bad tracking numbers

You show nothing for sale and have no feedback???

Good lord, please get a grasp in general.  You really need to take a pill and calm down.

Re: miss leading buyers with bad tracking numbers

Sometimes people who post here use a separate account, not their selling account name.

That's why it might show as no sales etc when in reality they might have sold a lot, just prefer to be incognito.

But back to OP

up until 5/5/2022 that item has still npt moved even with 17 track and amamex

Okay, your focus has to be on the estimated date of arrival. In my view, if you paid for something on 22 April and tracking shows no movement by 5 May, then something is dodgy in that the seller hasn't actually lodged the parcel yet, probably just generated a label.

If the ETA has not passed, then you have to ask yourself why it was so long, given the article is supposedly in Aust. The answer is probably drop shipping.

All I can suggest is

1. If the item doesn't arrive by the due date, open an item not received claim immediately

2. Even if it does arrive my the due date, you don't have to give positive feedback, you can give a neg or neutral wit a factual comment such as - paid by 22 April, but item showed no tracking movement till xxx May and didn't arrive till xx May so I suspect it was drop shipped from overseas.

Re: miss leading buyers with bad tracking numbers

The Label number starting with BN5 or BN4 means the seller is in China (regardless of where Ebay says the seller is located) and the item is coming from China.  Aramex get the parcels after they arrive in Australia and  have cleared Customs.
