The same item, one on AU site, one on UK site. AU site is 20 Pounds more expensive. Why?

Perhaps seller fees are higher on .com.au so they are covering those? (I haven't investigated fees)
edit: actually I guess they are both listed on .co.uk so ignore that

Nope. One's listed on au site
I go back to my statement - why? - cos they can.
And what does it matter in the grand scheme of things?
OP you found a cheaper one by the same seller. Buy that one.
And if you're not looking to buy, then you're wasting time and resources.
Sellers can put any price they want on an item.
Maybe they got new stock and had to pay more for it, so put the price up in a new listing?

Nah, they listed on the UK site, Ebay posted it on the AU site
So it's AU Ebay that changed the price.

No, eBay has only converted the seller's list price from GBP to AUD, and it's the seller's list prices that are different.
I suspect the reason for the price difference is the notes in the listing:
Please Note: We May Send Compatible Part Number
Manufacturer - Any of list in FAQ
Q. What does "We may ship a 100% compatible part number for your screen" mean?
A. This means that if you order your part by the part number we may send a different part number but it will be 100% compatible. We may ship a screen by a different manufacturer.
We will do this without contacting you first. We do this as some parts are not available and also it helps us buy in volume and pass the saving we make on to you our customers.
This leads me to believe they have created multiple identical (except for the price) listings, and the price you pay is actually what determines the model / manufacturer of the one you buy.

Alright, I think eBay are including the GST in the price displayed, like padi said.
The one showing on the AU site for 202 GBP shows up in my cart as 184.45. If you add 10% GST to 184.45, it comes to 202.89 or thereabouts.
Add the 202 one to your cart, and it will go on to display like this, showing the seller's price of 184:
