Hi , Everyone
I won the auction today on a chainsaw , I was very happy until I recieved 3 ebay messages from seller saying , i wont sell
at auction price. I did send a message back stating he should have canceeled the auction befor close, as he had no intention to sell it for less than his price, you guesed it still no answer. He is now wanting 260 dollars more for the item after auction. Any advice on what to do next would be grateful
Thanks, M

Wouldn't sell it at a low price. Sold it to someone else for higher.
Extremely new to selling.
But apparently an old hand at getting what they want.

He's relisted the same chainsaw....twice. First feedback was a negative. If he keeps pulling stunts like that his eBay career will be short lived. 66.7% feedback, I wonder how many people will be flocking to buy all his used garden tools?
He's asking an awful lot for a second hand Stihl chainsaw. My brand new one didn't even cost that and it came with a warranty. Would I buy another Stihl? Not in this lifetime. It does a great job, but it's very cantankerous. If you aren't shown how to start it properly, you'll never start it. Even if you do get it started, if you don't know how to keep it running, it will just stop. It's a known issue apparently, but not one the brand isn't willing to fix. But, I digress.

Oh dear, looks like it's now relisted twice with a BIN of $650.00, doesn't look good for the seller.........
Edit.......dammit tippy, really slow today...........................

I know that most of us made mistakes when we first started selling, but that's reeeeeeaaallllly bad! My guess is it's 2 different chaisaws but he's used the same photo. Although how would you know because the ads are identical and don't really say much about them at all. Will be interesting to keep an eye on this one and see if they both sell and what the outcome is.

2nd hand? They won't sell. Not at that price. He's dreamin'
He hasn't even said what size blade, for either (or are they the same one?)
But now, we've cheered him up - he's got watchers

I thought so too Helen, great botty covering as well !!!!!!
Agree with the Stihl thing tippy, I looked at one and ended up buying a Japanese Tanaka with better warrenty and cheaper as well, and it runs like a charm - the seller told me he'd probably never see me again about problems with it........5 years, lots of use and no problems ya can't beat that.
G'day Stalks.
