Won item at auction seller now wants $260 more

Hi , Everyone 

I won the auction today on a chainsaw , I was very happy until I recieved 3 ebay messages from seller saying , i wont sell

at auction price. I did send a message back stating he should have canceeled the auction befor close, as he had no intention to sell it for less than his price, you guesed it still no answer. He is now wanting 260 dollars more for the item after auction.  Any advice on what to do next would be grateful

Oooooh, he's now listed a "weary good trampoline". Starting bid of 99c and only $18.95 postage to my location is NSW! I might have to bid on that one.

He's also listed a "urey good Germany chainsaw". The BIN price is a bit steep, but the $13.40 postage sounds pretty reasonable for a chainsaw.

I like the look of the "machines for excercise" too, especially the $15.85 postage.

I think $30 postage for the punching bag is a bit steep, but someone might pay it.

Yet, the plastic bottle is pick up only.

Will be interesting to see how quickly the negs come in for these when he refuses to post them!
