Not sure about that however I am well aware that it is actually illegal ( here in Qld ) to sell secondhand ( or used ) motorcycle helmets however I see loads of them on eBay, not that any Australian laws relate to eBay laws though???
Am now looking elsewhere for this item and hopefully more of my future buys will be elsewhere. This eBay site is becoming more and more of a joke day after day. Constant fee hikes, constant breach of Australian laws etc etc etc. Shill bidding. Hidden bidders, PP fess etc etc pfft. pass

Are you for real? Even just restricting it to Australia, millions of listings are uploaded every day. Do you really think eBay employ staff to screen every one of those listings?
