I just bought a vinyl and the seller gave me a wrong item (a nike x takamura genuine merch) that was supposedly for someone else and is twice more pricey that my real item, i did try to contact the seller, they responded at first but then does not respond for 4 days after i asked them again on what im suppose to do, what should i do in this situation?

Is the seller new? What is the item number? Did they put the wrong label on it?

Use this link to file an "item not as described" claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
The seller will need to pay for return tracked postage and If necessary, you can ask eBay to step in after 3 days

I'm of the view the seller didn't have what you ordered in stock so instead they sent you something worth more. If the item you received fits, and your happy with it, an alternative option (to putting in an item not as described case) is to keep it.
