It looks like the item is on its way and should arrive by 07 May, 2020, I purchased this on the February 27th, after alot of back and forths, seller says to open case then and will refund me, I cannot open a case untill the 6th of May,  sick of the run around, any other recourse?

Ya think? I sold an item to a customer the other day who said he recently waited over two weeks for a delivery sent from the several suburbs away.  Lately, shipments to WA are taking over three weeks in some instances.

Yes, your item could very well be shipping from China, but given that the expected delivery window is up until 7th May, and you would have known that prior to ordering, why the fuss now?
