are you able to buy utility knives and blades from china

 i am looking to use 9mm ultiliy blades in my work shop to replace marks as they are cleaner to use but I tend to ware them down very quickly. i was wondering if it is legal to buy ulility blade and replacement blade from china and get them import using ebay?

You would have no problems importing them from China, but look carefully at feedback - a high volume seller with less than 99.5% feedback can be a problem.

 

I wonder though why you don't just get them from a local hardware store or one of the larger chain stores like Kmart or Target.

They also sell them at the local cheaper ($2 or so) chinese stores.
