reducing price on sold item

hi - I am about to be paid cash on collection but wanted to reduce the price by $10 - can i do that now it has been sold as I will be charged by ebay on the higher value.... thanks

Resolved! seller wants bank details to refund instead of reversing PayPal payment

Seller admits to not having item in stock when advertised on eBay. (Another issue addressed elsewhere!)They have my money via a PayPal payment.I have asked for refund but seller is asking for Bank Details to return money?Something sounds fishy to me....
