My advice......don't use click & collect.
Putting ebay and Big W etc. into the transaction doulbes the delivery time......AT LEAST....still waiting and ebay keep pushing the expected delivery date forward....what a crock!!
stick with OZ Post....better the deil you konw

Always thought it was a bad idea. eBay and Aust post are bad enough without throwing another in the mix. What a mine field if a parcel should go missing.

I'm thinking of sending an exasperated email to Big W oficinados, and tearing them a new one.
Mayeb....just maybe....they might put a rocket up the a#$e of ebay

Yeah, I (unwisely) went through Woolies click & collect and my package took almost 2 weeks to be delivered about 12kms from the inner city...turned out it had been sitting at a WW storage facility and had been signed for by someone there and marked 'as delivered' according to ebay - because it was as far as Aust Post was concerned. Had to go through a huge run-around to track it down and the rest of the journey travelled via Woolworths slow internal mail system. AP would have got it delivered in about 3 days, by comparison.
