I purchased item 190313. On purchase hisory first e-bay removed company, as they breached something, then re-instated company, now when I look at my purchase history it has re-instated
the company, . Should I expect my goods or not from this company?

Who knows ?
I used to say in the eBay world, with all the technology and things that can be done on line, and the amount of hoops sellers were sometimes expected to jump through, that the buyer perhaps expected the item to pop out of the modem as soon as they paid.

There is no logic but it can be done. When you go through checkout there is no mention of a dispute but as soon as you have paid through paypal there is a message that says someting along the lines of "Got a problem? We can help." and the paypal receipt definitely tells you that you have 45 days to open a dispute.
It is not all that unusual for ebay to remove a listing within minutes of an auction ending either. If I was notified of a removed item that soon after I won it I don't think I would be waiting to see if it turned up.

Without a question if I was notified of its removal I would put in a dispute quick as a flash

I want to know how week in and week out rip off sellers are back up ,these two sellers selling a modular lounge they are using same pic as oz seller but they use different names every week when i leave them a message telling them !? they remove themselves as it says no longer a registered ebay users , this week its lucinda1197 item number 221409836258 i cant find anywere where i can tell ebay it does my head in ,every option it gives me doesnt help ..... this evening im going to tell lucinda11997 that im on to them youz watch them unregister themselves straight away

Sellers cannot 'unregister' themselves - only eBay can de-register a seller (for many different reasons) and make them 'not a registered user'.

If they are becoming unregistered then ebay is doing something.....they are deregistering the seller.
