I do not appreciate eBay's Harassment accusing me of not following "our Absive buyer policy" Is eBay suggesting that if a seller sells an item that isn't fit for a purpose, we should not exercise our right and request a refund?
I suggest eBay should vet their seller to determine if an item is fit for a purpose, especially a business seller.
The action of eBay is very disappointing.

That isn't an ebay item number. Ebay item numbers don't have letters in them. Look part way down on the right of the listing you bought from. That will show you the item number.

It's also too long.
The item number is usually on the right side (same line as "seller assumes all responsibility for this listing", "about this item" tab).

The seller has very bad feedback.
That's what people have been saying here. If you don't want to be disappointed, look at the seller's feedback before buying.

That is my oversight.
The feedback isn't only related to the item I've purchased. eBay should consider in block such seller.

eBay are not going to block sellers when buyers such as yourself are keeping them in business by supporting them over and over
Many of the sellers you choose to buy from are in China with poor feedback
Even the ones registered in Australia have poor feedback
It's not an 'oversight' when it happens time after time after time
It is a buyer not caring one iota who they buy from because they think it is not their responsibility
Guess what?
It 100% is
Please do follow through with your comment about stopping buying
One less person keeping dodgy sellers in business is great news

How would you know what seller I do buy items from? Then why would eBay send me a warning if the buyer have such feedback.
It seems you are implying eBay will do anything for money.

So what effect were you hoping for, and what makes you say the item is fake.

Ebay do not solicit or accept suggestions from members.
