I do not appreciate eBay's Harassment accusing me of not following "our Absive buyer policy" Is eBay suggesting that if a seller sells an item that isn't fit for a purpose, we should not exercise our right and request a refund?
I suggest eBay should vet their seller to determine if an item is fit for a purpose, especially a business seller.
The action of eBay is very disappointing.

I'm have an idea, but not going to suggest it here. Unless they pay for to implement a process for it.

eBay don't sell anything
As a buyer, you are the one with all the power
It is general knowledge things can't 'go wrong' if you use the tools given to you
And abide by the same policies that everyone else has to
You've still not shade any light on this 'harassment' you say happened

It's not based on the absolute number of claims but on the proportion of claims.
One way to reduce claims (because it's a pain in the proverbial for the buyer as well as the seller) is to look at seller feedback ( and score) before you buy and avoid sellers with low scores (under 99%) or lots of feedback saying the same thing.

I don't believe so. The buyer pay for an item and it is only fair the item is fit for purpose.

You do seem to like buying from sellers with bad feedback, so yes I would suggest stop buying.
Often issues are self imposed.

Define fit for purpose, are you paying for a mini, but expecting a rolls royce

Hi Cam, yes it is not any set number of claims, ebay would also have significant records on the nature of claims, disputed claims, they also would have records of how the claim was settled, IE paid by ebay, or the seller.
I am pretty sure the auto tracking of claims by ebay plus members, was due to the fact that ebay plus members are entitled to FREE returns.

Yes things can go wrong, but claiming an item is fake, unless independently verified, just does not cut it,
especially when you also claim the substance is unknown.
Anyone making such claims, must be able to substantiate them, if the seller disputes the claim.

Yes correct, it's a statement of fact. I don't know what the liquid is or its effect.
The listing is for ceramic coat and after applying such product there is no effect. I can only concluded it's fake.

What is the item number?
