eBay displaying other sellers on your store

Hi all, 

We never posted anything on here before, this is our first time. 

We noticed when we clicked on: 

Our eBay id

then clicked on items for sale 

and search for an item *in our eBay store* 

it brought the item up what we've searched for but also displayed another seller store as well lol 

Would like to know if anyone else facing same?

are you on the My Ebay page? Sponsored advertising...

If you go through the door there shouldn't be any ads

I just checked and there are ads when in store as well.....OMG.....off to check mine

I can't see any ads in their store.

Nor in mine.

they're there when you search (within store)

Not when I do it, either within their store or mine, or yours.

Maybe it's just Friday.

try searching Christmas in your own store

Thanks! for the reply but this is my eBay store, not someone else's lol and no matter how i enter my eBay store there shouldn't be any adds from anyone else but mine!!

I agree.....they seem to be on a 'loop'. If you refresh the page a few times - different ads come up......all designed to take customers out of our store....very bad form
