I need to speak with someone from live chat, I have used it in the past but not able to find live chat. I have a problem with being charged for a product that I have no idea what it is and never put any bid on it or even looked for one of them

wow, i hadnt read that ..... This was the best ''The delivery was made on 10th November and it stayed out in the rain for 4 days. No one bothered to ring the door bell. The goods could have been stolen as well.'' Give the seller a negative, because they didnt check the mail delivery.
