hi guys
i just bought an item at a ridiculously low price (200$ with free postage) while fair market price should be somewhere around 600$.
basically it is a ferrari resin model made by bbr and i check the detailed description and make sure everthing is ok, i paid via paypal and the item support paypal money back policy as well. the feedback of this seller is 100% and it seems fine but i am still worried since it is almost impossible to buy such a bargain!! i am quite good at model cars and there is no way they make something copycat to replace the authentic ones, so what should i do? is this fake for obvious reasons or should i wait since the seller just mark it as shipped?

The only way it can happen any quicker is if the seller is deregistered. Other than that, you just have to wait unfortunately. When was it marked as posted? Is there a delivery estimate? I'd be opening a dispute the day after the last date if there's one.
Edit: if a parcel of some description does arrive, open it at the post office or get someone to video you opening it so you have proof if they send you something other than the car.

Go with your gut. That works.
I've had a few lucky buys here (including recently) but been glad when I've walked away from a couple before a bid/ the sale. Of course it's still about trust, but if it gives warning bells I try to listen.

Hang on-don't forget you only have 45 days in which to open a Paypal dispute. and it sounds like
you're allowing the fraudulent seller at least a month to deliver the item ?
JMO but I'd open a not received dispute through Paypal now and escalate to a claim straight away.

It's 180 days for PayPal now. It used to be 45, but I think that changed around 18 months ago. 30 days for eBay.

the estimated delivery date is 5/25 ebay already emailed me that i could start this action against fraudulent seller 24h after the estimated delivery date, you could start this action within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. i guess that's why the seller set estimated delivery period as 28 days after all some buyers who are not careful enough might forget this issue and miss the best opporunity to get money back. do not worry guys i will keep updating.

If the estimated delivery date is the 25th you still have 2 weeks to wait. Why the panic?

The seller doesn't set the estimate, that's all eBay's doing. Sellers have no control at all over those dates.

well,it makes it clear that this guy is pure scammer......
