Hi I bought a microwave oven and the seller agreed to replace the faulty item. On their request I sent videos of faulty oven and then they asked me to return it - I did costing me $30 in postage but the seller now refuses to accept his/her promise. And it's so hard virtually impossible to contact Ebay. Ebay did contact me after I posted on this forum but that was in the stage I had accepted the promise of the replacement. Now trying again to get in contact with Ebay and it appears impossible, can't even get online help and no chance of an email. Very frustrating.

Have you read their feedback.

I have bought from them several times, but not on eBay - directly from them.

Well, their feedback on eBay is quite surprising.
On ProductReview they have quite good feedback: https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/appliances-online

I am never a fan of businesses that don't have all the stock in hand so you can be one of the unlucky ones who have issues with no way of knowing beforehand.

Their ebay store only sends from Sydney.
Seems to be a 'one man show' and not handling orders very well.
Buying from them online is better as they have a better reputation.

I do know that the feedback will effect their sales as I have gone elsewhere when I was in a hurry for an item even though they had the best price.

Begs the question - of why not buy from their site - not eBay - their reviews speak for themselves.
Just an up - its ' affect '.

So far I have bought two microwaves, a fridge, a heater and a pair of Bluetooth headphones from them and they were all delivered the day after the purchase, but (as I said this morning) I bought from their website, where you can enter your location and see if an item is available specifically for your location.
PS: I have just noticed they now also sell mattresses, and as they take away old stuff, they could be an option. (I had posted about needing a mattress in the Blokes thread some time ago).

Its the same issue when reading their reviews regarding the website. I ended up using bing lee as I can ring the store to check they have the stock.

Going by the feedback numbers only 3 people per hundred appear to have issues. So chances are many will never have an issue.
