Apparently nearly all Nutirbullets on ebay are fake.
Some interesting reading here, maybe to discern real from fake?

Do you have a question?
There have been a lot of fake Nutribullets on ebay and they all seem to be breaking down now. There is very little that you can do if the time has run out to make a claim through ebay or paypal.
If you funded a paypal payment with a credit or Visa debit card you may just be within the time frame to initiate a chargeback through your bank.

Did anyone see the Nutribullet "Ad" on Pickering on this week? Very funny and bang on the nail. I'm waiting for them to sue the ABC

I will probably get shot down for saying this, but ebay just isn't the place to buy some products, it really isn't.
Not if you want a proper warranty.
There are exceptions, but on the whole, I would say a lot of electrical or IT stuff might fall into that category.
Nutirbullets, thermomix, apple products.
Mobile phones, cameras from overseas.
Wedding dresses from China that have the designer photos in their ads but at $18 instead of $2000.
I also suspect a lot of the Malaysian Tupperware may be fake.
The list goes on.
Ebay is fine for a lot of things, it is okay too for second hand brand named items that you are picking up etc
There's probably nothing much you can do now except contact the seller & you may get nowhere.
In future, just be very wary with electricals.

Yes. Electricals are best bought from an official supplier, who will give you the warranty. There are a few legitimate electrical sellers here, which are the eBay stores of well known bricks and mortar stores. Apart from them I'd be buying in a retail shop.
(have bought a TV on eBay, but from a big name brand's store, had a warranty)
If I wanted a nutribullet I would get one from, say, Target. Having read about them on here and the problems.

" Any electrical item will have a 12 mth warranty. "
Unfortunately that is not correct.
Unless the item states there is a warranty, please do not assume there is one.
Also, there are many fake warranties out there.
