non delivered parcel

I have a parcel that was to be delivered by ASENDIA on the 26th Nov 2024. I received an email stating that the parcel was unabled to be delivered even though the given address is the school where I work and the gates were open at the time that was said to be the attempted delivery. I need to know how to get onto ASENDIA so as to find out where my parcel is. Thank you.
