i just bid on an item then some how i was out bided by a lower bid??? i have no idea how???

What were the bid amounts and sequence? I can't see how it could happen although a seemingly lower bid could outbid you through auto bids.

possibly your bid was not complete before auction ended as i cant see why you have been out bid by a lower bid.
