Hi,
Just looking for some advice. I bought a buy it now item, paid via paypal, then get a message from the seller saying it was not available anymore. They offered me another similar item but cost $90 more.
I don't want the other item so asked for a refund. Twice now the seller has asked me to request a refund from paypay but when I try to do that, it won't let me, even when I put the sellers name in the box.
What am I doing wrong, does the seller need to initiate the refund?
Reading 'help' it sounds pretty easy for the seller to do this.
Thanks

Thanks for you reply.
I replied to him, with the payal refund instructions, to refund me asap.
Im hoping he will, if not, will I need to wait the 45 days before I open a dispute?

If he doesn't refund, I'd be opening an ebay item not received claim the second the due arrival date came. If it is in Australia, that should be only days away, not 45 days or anything like it.
I think you'd see a refund quick smart once anything official like that was opened.
