An impartial comment:
Language which implies or is interpreted as judgement can make people feel like they're being bullied even if that was not the poster's intention.
Language which contains judgement, accusations and name-calling is .... ?

They're still around, although the worst offenders seem to dodge sanctions.

If you write feedback such as WARNING, FRAUDULENT SELLER, DON'T BUY, or the like, sometimes sellers are so anxious to remove that kind of feedback that they will issue you with the refund.
You can only do this if the seller really was fraudulent or really did do the wrong thing, because sellers still have the right to ask for revision if feedback is inappropriate.
But at the very least, you will be warning other buyers to keep an eye out and will feel better because you've vented.
Also, what's with the sarcastic, caustic comments? Not everyone understands the rules. People DO learn things the hard way. People have different sill levels when it comes to comprehending legal stuff like terms and conditions.
Also, I have had sellers try to trick me regarding the 45 day limit and try to confuse me. That IS fraud.

Hey julieflowers13, I will give you some advice that cost me a lot of time and money. Dont buy dresses from China. Especially anything you may need to wear to a ball or a wedding. You will have a repeat situation to the one you have just experienced. If you need alterations more & more alteration services are refusing to work on gowns/dresses manufactured in China mainly due to the poor quality of the sewing, bad seams, cheap flimsy fabrics etc.
If you cant find your dress in OZ which is preferrable but not always possible, there are 2 really good online sellers in the USA who do great work and offer great after sales service. I have purchased gowns, dresses from them and so have many of my friends. They can easily be found thru google. Feel free to message me I am happy to give out their site address if you need it.

I have not seen you post anything slapworthy lately CQ.
One good thing about the new Mods....they do read the posts and only remove them if they are really bad.

Looks like I'll have to take your word for it Crikey, as prior to Lithium's takeover of the boards, I could expect at least one moderation notice a week (whether justified or not), yet I've not seen one now for at least 3 or 4 months. Perhaps it's because CS is not a place I normally frequent these days... 😉
