so, are US eBay employees required to post that they are employees and the opinions posted are their own private opinions and not posted on behalf of eBay? I will need to find the US eBay site map/policies

I clicked the link I posted earlier, then removed the ".au" from the URL and the policy remained the same. Maybe this is just too simplistic to get accurate representation of US eBay policy on employees posting on discussion boards.

AFter I complained to them they replaced the photos with others of their own and eventually removed the listing.
