i have dealt with a seller i never want to use again. why wont ebay allow me to blacklist him (to me) if i ever accidently use him again.
i can mark someone as a 'preffered' seller- but not an undesirable seller.

Another way is to avoid seller with feedback like this one, they have dozens and dozens of negs for never sending items, sending rubbish and sending things not as described. Why risk buying in the first place?
It just takes less than a minute to look at the feedback before buying, certainly better than buying from a seller there will almost certainly be issues with

Do you know HOW to look at a seller's feedback & see their country of registration?

yes,,, buti dont know how to pick liars.
besides, we have liars in australia also. i would just like an ebay facility that would warn me... not using it to tell others my opinions.
