seller not responding

Bought an item on the 18th from a local seller, a week passed and nothing turned up and it hadn't been 'marked as sent' so i messaged the seller asking if its been sent.  That was 3 days ago and not even a response to say its shipped. 

How much longer should i wait?  if he even bothered to respond to tell me its on its way i'd be ok with that but no communication whatsoever.  If he's not sending it i want to move on, get my money back so i can purchase from someone else.

What does your misinformation have to do with a FIVE Year old thread, or sellers not responding. You claimed on the other thread (so far) that you bumped that YOU were trying to list an item.
