maria- your seller can not see this message, as this is just a community forum where members come to discuss topics and provide assistance to other members if they can. 

You will need to send your seller a direct message to find out what happened, but I do note that it says in your post that the transaction ended without payment (unpaid item case opened and closed), and I also see that the seller ended the relisted item on the 23rd of March, so hopefully they will be able to clear things up for you.
