The estimated delivery date is just that, and estimate (guess) was the 18th the first estimated date or the last?
If it does not arrive, simply open an item not received dispute
If the tracking does not show it was delivered , you will get your money back
If the tracking has not updated, I am not sure what you actually expect the seller to 'do'
They have as much information as you do
What is the item number?
Was it an overseas purchase?
Was this from the seller registered in China with the rubbish feedback?

So, at time of your post, the item is allegedly 1/3 of a working day 'overdue'.
Most carriage services do not operate on weekends.

At the moment, you don't have to do anything. Give it a few more days. Sometimes the post can run a little bit late.
I don't know when you contacted the seller or how long you waited for a reply. Any reputable seller would normally answer you within 2 business days.
What exactly did the tracking show?
But as to what to do-you don't actually have to worry yourself with waiting around for the seller to answer or for tracking details to update. If that item isn't with you by, say, the end of this week, you can open an ebay claim for item not received. And follow it through. You will get a fell refund that way if an item is overdue and undelivered.
You get 30 days after the expected delivery date in which to open one of these claims, so no need to panic yet but at the same time, make sure you open any claim well within the time frame, don't let it lapse even if a seller asks you to wait or says they have sent another item.
