Hey Guys
It seems a few people have been blocked by sellers and are getting the error message "Seller not accepting your bid" for giving bad feedback, wrong locations etc...
I've tried to buy items from local's on eBay just today - Around 5 different items from 5 different sellers (All in Aussie where I am from) and I keep getting the message "Seller not accepting your bid". I give good feedback to those who deserve it (Almost everyone) and I pay for my items at the time of purchase. It seems I am completely unable to purchase from eBay so far today. Around 5 different sellers not accepting my bid!? That can't be right can it... I messaged eBay and they told me to email the seller and ask them to remove me from their ban list. I feel this could possibly be a bug in their website - is this happening for others?

Are you phone verified?

do you haver any open/lapsed unpaid item disputes? most of us have blocks in place for unpaid items, some have blocks for unverified users (eg, under 10 feedback).

Seems to be nothing in your feedback that would have you on block lists.
As nouveau asked, any NPBs? They can give you strikes that a lot of sellers block on. I set mine for 2 in 6 months, but a lot seem to set them for 2 in 12 months.

Thank you for your replies.
In all of my years using ebay, I have paid for every purchase within around 15 minutes of 'buying' the item. I have never let a payment slide.
I checked my addresses (Paypal and shipment), and they are all correct and local (1 state away) to where the item locations are. The item posts either say 'Posts to worldwide' or 'Posts within Australia'.
I just tried my wife's old account and she is able to purchase the items, but I would much rather figure out my issue and use my own account of course.
Thanks again for your help.

I have no answers- depending on the type of items you're looking at is it possible that one is a seller that may have blocked you in the past and the others are different selling accounts for the same seller? some of us also have multiple purchase blocks in place- maybe you've exceeded a certain limit per seller?

Just make certaim to go to the postage section and check for anyone that does say Posts to worldwide.
There are a number of sellers that state worldwide but when checking in the postage section the drop down menu does not include Aus.
A complete waste of time clogging up our site but perfectly fine by eBay.

I am in Australia buying from 1 state away so even if not worldwide it should be fine.
I did get in touch with a few of the sellers I tried to buy from. Both said they can't see why I would be blocked and from their end, it should all be fine. All replies said "It is probably an issue with eBay".
I'll message eBay and forward their messages and hopefully they can help me out!
Thanks everyone for the time spent replying.

I can certainly see why you are blocked by sellers and have just added you to my list you are unfair and sarcastic in your comments and reputable sellers don't want anything to do with you & they are quite within their rights too
