Hi ...i want to know other peoples thoughts here.
I purchased an item here. When i received it, it was sent from a well known store on the web not the person i bought it off.
In other words This person bought the item under my name from a store at a cheaper price that they are advertising and charged me the $10 more on here for the same item that the same store to me. Thats like me giving her a bonus to buy something for me. She does not hold stock only buys from other stores at time of buyer purchasing. That is not a definition of a reseller. But Ebay is ok with it???
I feel ripped off and pissed off

@desireee67 wrote:also this person says i need to deal with the store SHE bought it from. What a joke...But they have no invoice for me because i did not buy it from them but was sent to me from them ..See how it becomes messy .Thankgod for paypal!
As you know, THAT is wrong. Your contract is with the seller, not the supplier, so yes, it is she that needs to sort out the fault. If she won't, as you have done, send it to paypal. They will instruct you to return the item at your expense to the seller, by a trackable means of postage and then if everything is kosher, you will receive your refund for the initial purchase and postage price. It is likely that you will be out of pocket for the return postage.
It will then be up to her to deal with her supplier.
However, the other stuff I said still remains.

Did you read their terms and conditions before purchasing"
"All products are sent directly from Australian Suppliers. No items are sent from overseas which enables fast and efficient service to your designated address. Once payment is received I will send your order directly to my supplier, and most items will be despatched next business day. Shipping charges are variable and mentioned in the product listing. Pick ups are unavailable for all items and have kept postage to a minimum for your convenience."
They also say this: Note that PayPal will not make them honour the postage responsibility.
"All our products are sourced and sent directly from Australian distributors. If unfortunately you may receive a defective product, please contact me within 7 days upon receipt of item via ebay messages, and I will rectify the issue immediately. (A replacement or refund will not be issued for change of mind, misuse or negligence of item). Please note we may request a photo of the defective item so we can forward evidence to our supplier, which also enables a faster resolution. If defective item is to be returned please send to the address provided within 7 days of notification, and must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, documentation/paper work that was shipped with the item. Cost involved in the return of the defective item will be the sellers responsibility."

@desireee67 wrote:Thanks everyone but you all are missing the point
.....Its not the money
..its the fact she says she is a store and a reseller when she is not .
did you read the listing? I can't see where she says she is a store or a reseller? The listing I am looking at makes it wuite clear that once she receives your order she will pass it on to the supplier for them to fill it.

The seller is entitled to make a profit !!! The buyer's role is to apply "caveat emptor".

you wanted to know our thoughts. We gave them to you. I am sorry that they were different to what you expected.
Hang around, keep checking in, someone may come along and commisserate with you and offer solace and comfort and agree with your view that the seller is dodgy etc. They may offer you legal advice and trot out a whole heap of eBay policy breaches and assist in a public flogging of this seller.
To me, it looks like the seller has been totally transparent and that you are now just a bit miffed that you realize you could have bought the item elsewhere at a cheaper price.

in her emails she told me is is a store and reseller .... Thats fine i know i have a right to feel how i feel about this...
Thanks once again for your replies
yes you do, but the time to clarify things and object to the listing is BEFORE you commit to buy.
The seller has been totally transparent in how they supply the item. If you didn't like it, don't buy.
I am however in agreeance with you that if there is a fault with the item that it is the seller who needs to rectify it with you.
