free local pick up means that you can go to collect the goods from an address nominated by the seller at no cost.

"will organise local pick up"  may mean slightly different things depending on the seller - it may mean that they are ok to work with a courier of your choice to collect on your behalf, or it may mean something else.

Without exception, it is always better to message seller direct to confirm any aspects of a listings details that are not clear in their meaning.
