why can't I copy and paste in the ebay search bar   ?

Say I want to search for an item and want to copy an item title (screw driver) then paste it in the search bar, but I can not paste it as the paste is greyed out ?

It works for me so just try clicking the paste and see what happens?

If paste is greyed out, it hasn't copied. (Nothing on clipboard)

Sometimes simple text won't copy as it's done within another program or in a more complex format.

If you're using a computer, try highlighting the text you want to copy, then hit ctrl-c, click in the search box and then hit ctrl-v. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your computer.

I have always copied and pasted using the key strokes, to me it is much quicker and easier. ctrl-x is handy too for copy and delete.
