why has ebay removed my purchase item i have already paid for from my purchase list

why has ebay removed my paid for item which cost me A$120.00

and why has ebay removed  the seller  KW*03

who now has my $120.00.

i got email from the seller saying ebay has removed all of his listings and sold items and he asked for my mailling adress.

and the item i bought and paid for has also been removed from my purchase list

i can not even find the seller kw*03 on ebay any where

is this an ebay ad min issue 

i would like some answers please

because i am on age centerlink payments and $120.00 is a lot to loose from my centerlink payment

If the item and the seller have been removed by ebay you will not get any answers....ebay never give you a reason.

If you paid by paypal just go to your paypal account and find the transaction....open a dispute in the Resolution Centre and escalate it as soon as the system allows.  You should get a full refund in 10 days or so.

Are you talking about a Nutribullitt purchased from seller kw*03 (as opposed to seller KW*03)?

The seller is not deregistered at all but they have no items for sale at present.

This is a very good reason for the rule of no naming and shaming on the boards.

If the item has been removed by ebay then you can still open a dispute to get a refund, or you can trust the seller to send it to you and give them the information they have asked for.  They have very good feedback for selling the Nutribullitt

The seller was obviously scamming to have been removed along with his items..(Assuming he has been removed)

DON'T contact him or give him any details!

Start a dispute with PayPal STRAIGHT AWAY..

I have been in the same situation trying to purchase this....."Walkera Tali H500 + G-3D Gimbal + iLook+ Cam + DEVO F12E FPV + Three Big Gift".......Fortunately I have just been refunded by PayPal and that was within a week..(It did not take the full time because the seller had been deregistered from eBay)

chrisn5162 the seller has not been deregistered, the OP got the id wrong, this is why ebay do not allow the naming of members, it is too easy for the wrong seller to be targetted. Also you would only get a refund quicker if the seller authorised it otherwise Paypal have to abide by their own policies and allow thhe requisite number of days between each action of the claim.
