Leave neg feedback to warn others " relisted after sale ended while trying to arragnge pickup "
At least then if he opens a non payer dispute you can contact ebay and they will see the messages where you have tried to arrange pickup and payment etc.

Maybe the seller thought YOU were picking it up, not that they would have to pack it up for a courier, hang around waiting for the courier to turn up...
They should have said so if that's the case, but they are well within their rights to not do what is necessary for a courier pickup.

When I list pick up only items I expect the buyer to collect the item not a courier.
Did you tell the seller you would be arranging a courier before you bid on the item?
Some sellers can only be home for pickups after work hours.

yes i have arranged pick up off item but seller keeped holding off on agreement that in auction page he did state that he can box ready for a courier or the buyer to pick up, then i find item relisted i have tried to ask him as the courier needed dimensions of the item which is a hifi system but what i think happened was that he did not get a good price for unit so as i stated he relisted it at the price i payed even though he said that he would find out dimensions and get back to me but kept stuffing me around kept saying tommorow tommorow have had plenty off contact with seller so what can i do.

no we had arranged that he would get dimensions for courier as they need to know this for tranportation purposes but kept mucking around with me as i don't think he got price he really wanted so he relisted it as the price that i won it for is this right for him to do so.

Fair enough.
It is not right, but unless you wish to pursue him through the court system, there is not a lot you can do. As he didn't try to open a non-paying buyer case against you, you at least have the satisfaction of knowing he has had to pay sale fees to eBay for your purchase. If he does try that one on, advise eBay that he refuses to communicate. Send them links to all messages that have been exchanged.
All you can really do is leave appropriate feedback.

Keep reporting the seller and keep reporting the seller and KEEP REPORTING THE SELLER. If the shoe was on the other foot i bet you would have them bugging you no end to pay. And i bet people on here wouldnt be saying to the seller 'Oh just forget it and move on".
Its sellers like that which make ebay a worse to consider shopping now.

Yeah, right. Your advice is always reasoned, as is this.
