Need Help identifying Royal Staffordshire Dog Plate

Hi, I have a plate that I need help with please. I'm looking to find the 

1. Name of the design

And 2. the value. 

Is there a site I can go to or does someone have this information tucked away in their expertise & knowledge bank?

I'm not familiar with the design. It is slightly reminiscent in feel to the "Rural Scenes" series, but the decoration around the rim is wrong for that, for a start.

Could you take a photo of the underside? What sort of mark is present?

Thanks for relying, Contessa. Here is the base stamp and markings. I tried to attach it to my original post yesterday, but seems you can only add one image, which is what mucked up my posts!  😄  have learnt a lesson!

Sorry I can't help with specifics. At a guess 1950s, also at a guess (just thinking about similar cabinet plates) I would say $15-25 - IMO you would need a real dog fancier to get close to (or above) the top end.
