Personal avatars no longer showing

During the last few weeks, board members' avatars have been appearing and disappearing and reappearing. They have now gone (permanently?), to be replaced with the generic image that looks like this:

Of course, in the scheme of things, it's no huge issue. However, if it can be fixed, it would be nice to see that done. Personalised avatars help to differentiate between posters. (Someone changed the forum theme to "candy", hmmm?)

I've just had a look at the US boards on this (see my link in the early post here) and they're still having the same problem. I've messaged Sheila and will update any reply from her.

That's the worst thing about this fiasco Stawks, it makes our responses to members questions near impossible, especially if they using a posting ID for a selling problem - and I still haven't found any easy way of seeing member's feedback if they aren't a seller.     GRRRR.
