Could this be a case where children may well be better off taken now and adopted into a family who can care for them? Scant information but it doesn't look promising for this little guy 😞 (I have removed any identifying details) Queensland
Baby on father's lap as he flees police before being dumped
A ONE-YEAR-OLD boy has allegedly been dumped by his father after a high speed pursuit with police this morning.
Police said the father, aged in his late 20s, was spotted by officers just after 9am in a car allegedly stolen yesterday.
Police say they saw the child sitting in the man's lap as he fled from police at high speed.
It's believed he and another man in the car had been committing a number of break and enters in the Edens Landing area overnight and this morning.
The father allegedly dumped the car at the local State School leaving his baby behind with the other man.
The man and baby were located by police and taken to the Police Station.
Police said the baby was distressed and covered in faeces.
The little boy remains in the care of officers at the Station who said they were currently buying nappies and clean clothing for the child.
The baby's father is now assisting police with their enquiries.
It's understood the baby's mother was appearing in court this morning on an unrelated matter.

and what do you wish to do with the mother?
If the mother is incapable of taking care of the kids she has I would have no problem if she was also prevented from having more. OK, castration is bit severe, but maybe reduced sentence for having vasectomy would be a good idea 🙂

I don't think you really mean that. That course of action would make him a thousand times more angry and violent.
