If we ban halal, I reckon we should ban kosher too. They kill their meat in a similar way don't they & I certainly don't support Israel's treatment of Gaza. Hope the money from kosher labeling isn't going there

Aha.. but Mr Pickering and the anti-halal label sites/FB pages don't agree with that. They think Kosher certification is OK.

So clearly it is an anti-Muslim issue for them.

also, if you want to export food for Muslim and Jewish buyers, you need certification. Someone has to be employed to do that job, no one works for free.

What a lot of you people of little knowledge seem to realise is that any food or product can be consumed by muslims simply by reciting a simple pray over it before using. The halal certifacation industry is a money scamming non tax paying scam. WHY do they need to certify milk bottles or plastic bags and cloths it's a scam and you really need to do a bit of simple research to find the truth
