Come and have a cuppa, share your joys, and vent your problems with other people who understand.
I don't know what normal is anymore

Like your family Kiwi our GP has been in our family for 40 years. He delivered me when I was born and because of this wonderful man my dad was the 2nd man in Australia to have a triple bypass.I could never go to another GP so Im lucky he has a big surgery and they all know us and whenever the kids are sick I can be sure to get in straightaway with very little waiting time.

Hope you are all well.
Just a quick update.......My eldest slipped over at work, hit her head, had a seizure which lasted for about 2 minutes, has two lacerations on her upper right eye lid which required eight stitches in total, had a CT scan and a chest xray (all clear).
Took her to a Neurologist for a EEG...........she now has epilepsy and has to take more medication.
Have to go back to the Neurologist on Wednesday....I just hope we receive good news.

How have you and your family been?
I just hope she doesn't have to have too many more tests.
She had to have a blood test today so the Dr can give her the correct dosage of medication.
The Dr has put her on Tegretol.
I thought the poor girl had enough to deal with already.

we have been ok, joe has been having lots of problems with his asthma, but is getting better now. he spent the weekend at his dads place who actually took the boy to the doctor!! *dolly faints from the shock* AND he paid for it, and a persciption, without trying to make me pay half of it!! *faints again*
the doctor finally put him on a preventitive, and it has done wonders, he is a differant kid now asthma-wise. hubby might be buying his dream car for a bargain (friend of a friend) so he is VERY happy. tahlia has been toddleing along in her own little world, as she does... lol and I have been trying to keep the house in some sort of order between helping one of my besties plan her wedding, and visiting my other bestie who is very, very unwell, she starts five weeks of treatment later this week so will probably have her 3yr old here quite a bit while her mummy is in and out of hospital.
I hope all goes well with the tests lisa, and the poor girl doesnt end up a pin cushin.

Jess was doing really well. I just hope things improve for her as she seems to be very forgetful at the moment due to the seizure she had. Will find out more from the Neurologist tomorrow.
Will keep you posted.
How have you and your family been?
Miss 4 goes to swimming lessons on Tuesday's now.
Bye for now

I have a paed's name for you at last!!!
He is called David Christie and I think he's in the Albury/Wodonga area. (There is a slight chance he's in Wang though)
You don't have to be crazy to be here, but it helps.
