Not long ago we talked about someone who promoted violence against women. He was not allowed to enter Australia and another had his visa revoked.

Now there is another, even threatening that he will enter our country illegally if he has to.

Female paedophiles?  You mean there are gangs of women who rape little children, leaving them with horrendous internal injuries? 

If you meant female rapists, please tell me about them?  How many women stalk men, attack them, force them to have sex, which inflicts serious injuries and then strangle them or stab them and get off on their agony?  Unfortunately, statistics are not very realistic; I have come across people who were showing me percentage of rape victims being male, and deducted that therefore the perpetrators were female.   NO male rape is done also by males.  Another furphy is stats that show females convicted of "rape", which in fact was a consensual sex with  under age boy.

Sex with an under age child regardless of the fact that it is concensial or is a male or female child is classed as rape and is peodophilea , it is sex  crime

Are you saying that an immature girl who is bit older than for his age mature boy, should be considered on the same level as serial rapist and murder of children?

So where do you draw the line ? Assess each case on perceived maturity levels rather than chronological age?

The law has to draw a line somewhere and it's not like there isn't plenty of choice for partners in appropriate age groups.

Yes most definatley , that's they way it works for older boys, unless they can prove a long standing relationship prior to them coming of age then they can be charged and added to the sex offender list

Of-course, in law the line has to be drawn somewhere, and actually in some jurisdictions there is the age difference taken into considerations, and it is not against the law for young people to  have sex when one is under age and the other little bit older..   There was a time when 2 kids had sex, and one was 1 day under age and the othe 1 day older the older one could be charged.  
Anyway, I was just responding to kilroy who said that if people want male rapists castrated how about having females subjected to FGM, which really is not the same as castration.  Castration does not interfere with normal bodily functions, while FGM can cause problems.  Obviously, not all that is registered in stats as rape is of the same gravity.

I am happy for it to work the same for boys and girls.  And nobody has ever said here or elsewhere that either should be castrated.  When people recommended castration we were talking about people like Adrian Bayley, but you are the one who brought women into it.

While I certainly agree with the second half of this statement, I am in disagreement with the first, as I'm quite certain that castration would cause severe disruption and interference with at least one of my normal bodily functions. 😉
