I have become adicted to Ancestry.com and am lucky enough that one side of my family can be researched way back into the dim times.
The other side has hit a brick wall and I have to wait until someone else in the world may have more information.

Good points made about brothers and sisters. I might include the later ones say, from me to about 1500, but after that it really gets out of control :^O
A lot of my rellies didn't end up living with their parents but in the Tower of London :^O
Or their children never left the castle, just brought their wives to live there with them there. No wonder the castle were so big ๐ฎ
I did find my grandfather and his daughters in Trove which was great, including a newspaper write up about my mother when she was acting at The Independent at North Sydney in her young days.
I don't suppose The Independent is there any longer. ๐
