Anyone else into seeking their ancestors?

I have become adicted to Ancestry.com and am lucky enough that one side of my family can be researched way back into the dim times.

The other side has hit a brick wall and I have to wait until someone else in the world may have more information.

How is everyone else going?

Re: Anyone else into seeking their ancestors?

I remember when I found my ancestors all in the same cemetery........I was so pleased.

I have been back heaps of times since.....and found many more that are parents of those that married into our family.

I have spent hundreds of hours on my tree.......when I can;t get any further on one side I do another branch.

I am stuck again at the moment.....................I know the information is there.....it is just a matter of finding it.

Re: Anyone else into seeking their ancestors?

I found my grandads mother in England that was a big find, I was very excited about that, haven't found much on that side of the family.

Re: Anyone else into seeking their ancestors?

Would one or other of you supersleuths have the time to try to track down a record of marriage between John Lisson and Hannah Andrews, in London  - possibly the district of  Holborn - sometime between 1760-1772. (pretty please):-x
