KFC started giving away the buckets in 2009, but only to fans at the entrance to the Cricket Ground.
I don't know if they are still given away for free, but a lot of people were wearing them in Perth for the Ashes games.

Oh now I understand. I am not a cricket fan or follower so I had no idea that KFC buckets were being distributed at cricket grounds.
Of course if that is the case I would imagine they are clean, certainly not preused ones.
Mystery solved.

Congratulations, you really had to dig deep to resurrect this dead thread.
Bunnings?
Or for a KFC one, KFC?
