BLOKES THREAD-aimed at blokes-shielas welcome.

Seems to be a lack of threads for blokes.
On other threads, some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.
I can bump this thead twice a day,so its easy to find.
Give it a go---Richo.

Vegies doing really well - I'll be picking spinach and snow peas in a couple of days.

Silverbeet not long behind them. Yuppie lettuces can be picked a leaf at a time.

I've got a couple of very fat Turtle Doves who have eaten their way through

2 boxes of lawn seed I laughingly tried to sow.   They got under the netting

with the first box.  Second box, they just stomped the netting down.

Lazy damn cat!

Awww, I couldn't do that to Arthur and Martha.

They come back every year and nest in the same tree to raise their babies.

Besides, they're in the 12 Days of Christmas song

And with 3 lemons you should be bowing to the gods of the harvest.

Bet they taste great.

Have you - in your visits to the nursery seen - sugar peas.

Grow them here  - in abundance- delicious in salads - raw.

Very easy to grow - they climb though.

Nice curtsey again.

Richo, Wilma was my friend on the old Antiques Board, then she and Neil used to visit Les and I when they came down from Bundaberg.  Took a year or two to twig that Neil and I were related, haha  He said he was born in Euroa, I asked him if he had an Uncle Albert in Mooroopna, turns out he did, he and my Dad would have been 2nd cousins, I think.

Ooaks is there anything they can give you for the nausea, I am sorry I am flying blind here.  I am supposing the Targin is the drug they want you to take for the pain.

JV gotta love kids that enjoy their food.  Little Gus is a bit picky ATM but I made him spaghetti for lunch and he ate it all.

Detailing Lou's car on Sunday, cheap present methinks.  Hard work but.

Re: BLOKES THREAD-aimed at blokes-sheilas welcome.

Great present Linda - a lot of work involved in that.

Good morning folks - up early but went to bed early and slept soundly on my side until 3 - bliss!!

Would like to go to the garden market today richo as I like the Christmas one but best stay away from kids and crowds.

Mildura gang supposed to be catching up for dinner tonight - have to see if I can manage to put on proper clothes as can't lift the arm yet.  Been having APC washes on advice (arm pits and crotch) but time to try full shower.  Arm still feeling good though.

Got a couple of kris kringle gifts to buy relating to summer fun around $20 -any suggestions?

Hope today is a good one ....

Re: BLOKES THREAD-aimed at blokes-sheilas welcome.

Good morning blokes and sheilas..11 degs atm..10..later.

Morning Sandy and Linda.

Think JV will be off to NZ by now-had an early start.

Sandy -the market is quiet early--gets busy in the middle of the morning.

Last one there were lots of plant stalls--but the grass will be

soggy from the rain we had Thursday.

Good you had some sleep and did it easy----no hints re the gifts

Linda-that was funny finding out the relationship after a couple of years.

If you lived closer you could detail my car---that would be a real challenge.lol

Didnt get to Grime stoppers--the 16 mm or rain sorted it out.

Glad i passed on the gs--would be in a frenzy atm-now relaxing.

Have a great day everyone..................................Richo////.
