Freddie I have cortisone injections in my shoulders, very effective , yours will be too.

Arvo Freddie-hope you are ok......
Haha-re the earthquake-had gurgling noises like when bath water is
going down the drain and 20 seconds to make it to the throne.
All good now-Andy just rang and we will have a celebration drink.
Was starting to get realy worried.

Linda i've had them in my shoulder as well - I hope
they work in the butt I feel this has slowed down the
recouperation. Richo i'm so pleased the earth has
moved I was beginning to be quitely concerned
for you. Ooaks you will be finished with the rads soon
you are doing so well. Stawka your poor DD I bet she's
getting concerned I hope something comes up soon for
her. Haven't got a clue what's on for dinner here it might
be beans or eggs on toast by the looks of things.

Freddie yeah the butt problem made your recouping so much harder , you poor thing
rotten luck when things like that slow getting better down , plus you had the infection .. not fair
lets hope you feel much better after the needles
Richo thank goodness big relief ...... even bigger for you BAhaha ..... geez you must have had a belly ache
when on the chemo i had weeks of agony from ( constipation/diahrea ) i was always one or the other until i got the dosage right
so i know how you were feeling ..... up the fibre from now on and hopefully you will be ok , might take a few days to get back to normal though
Stawka wow that's a lot to get rid of do you think you will manage it ?
i agree re the house you cant tell what will happen in the future to big a risk
i have a horror story about one of hubbys work mates RE something on the same line ) but way to long to tell you ..... did not end well
DD might end up having to pick you up but that's not to much to ask , dont worry about that

I got up early, had breaky, posted, woke up at 9.45, made it to Glenrowan at 5 past, not bad and maybe a little bit of lead foot there.too.
Kids reading is really good although I do think they should be reading harder books than they are. I watched the start of the cross country and came home.
Bit of gardening, pot of soup. It's nice to be home.
haha Linda .... we have to watch you and JV with the speeding
sounds like you had a lovely day and a cosy home to get back to
i think it's going to be a cold one here tonight
