BLOKES THREAD-aimed at blokes-shielas welcome.

Seems to be a lack of threads for blokes.
On other threads, some ladies have mentioned, their OHs
would post, but had no interest in most of the threads on offer.
I can bump this thead twice a day,so its easy to find.
Give it a go---Richo.

Morning Linda.

Knew you would be a bit sore this morning.

Just take it easy for a few days.

Some handy rain in East Gippsland where its needed-not much here.

He is still talking fishing tomorrow-will regroup and check the forecast later.

Re: BLOKES THREAD-aimed at blokes-shielas welcome.

Mornin' Richo and Linda,

Glad to see you're not too bad this morning Linda.  A day of rest for you today.

What's Mepax?.....sorry.

Checked the rain gauge at home and I got 38mm yesterday.  Boy did it bucket down.

Nice to see the roof held up - no leaks.  Always worries me with these ancient tiles.

A spot of fishing might be good for the soul, Richo.

And a counter lunch wouldn't hurt either.

17 deg atm and a top of 27 and another storm expected this arvo.

Evening Richo and Co,

A nice warm night with lots of cicadas out.

Anyone heard from Erica lately ?

Kopes, according to her profile she last visited in July, but hasn't posted since March.

I often wonder how she's doing.  She was really getting up there in age, but sounded sprightly all the same.

A good working knowledge of computers for her age group too.

Re: BLOKES THREAD-aimed at blokes-shielas welcome.

Good morning richo and everyone.  Had a good sleep last night and feeling more energetic.

You watch that weather forecast richo before you set sail.  More rain expected along the entire east coast.  We don't want you bobby to Tasmania.

Linda, you poor thing.  Chris is a good sister and she will look after you.  Is that thing they're hooking up for emergencies?  I know what it's like not being able to get up.

Our house is all but finished - they cut the driveway out yesterday so once the concreting is done they only have to clear and flatten the yard but the hold up is the shower screens.  They said they missed the cut off date - their blooper I would say so thats all that has to be done when they come back from holidays on the 14th Jan.  Kim's plantation blinds are all waiting to be put in and our verticals.

Hope you got home OK last night stawka.  I think there's more rain for you today.

Shame your club closed Trav.  Have you found a replacement not too far away?  Our friend is going to enter some club rallys - I think.  He lives in Morwell so won't do any local.  The car looks great.  Red and white with lots of chrome.  Bucket seats back and front.  I think he said it had a V6 motor???

Frank has an appointment at the dentist in Coffs today.  He has all these temporary root canal fillings he had to have done before surgery as bad teetch can cause infections - especially with the heart.  This dentist only done one so it should be finished today then he has another 4 at a different dentist.

We are having a lot of problems with our internet - we are back on ADSL as there is not NBN hee yet and it drops in and out every day.  Matt is ging to ring Telstra for me as I have problems understanding them.  Thank goodness there is NBN at our new area.

Well, best have a shower and move ..... seem to be tripping into Coffs every day.  Enjoy your day all.

Sandy, doesn't that mean they should pay your rent cos they're the ones that stuffed up?

Seems Frank is back fighting fit.   Take care - both of you.

Re: BLOKES THREAD-aimed at blokes-shielas welcome.

Good morning everyone,

Decided to have a sleep in, had a restless night sleep & anxious.

Storms are gone and is very humid.

Wifey bought a couple of nice looking canvas pics a couple of days back,

said I would try and hang them today, she wont be home til this arvo,

if I don't get them done, I don't.

Sandy,

go to another club about 2ks from home. The food is shocking.

Thursday night, went there for my boys night (change it from Wed because some cant make it, with led up to xmas),

I ordered a hamburger for dinner, $17 member price. It was about the size of a maccas cheese burger.

wont be eating there again.

Have a good day everyone

Morning Richo,

will be a piece of cake to hang them, I dont like banging picture hooks into walls.

I use those 3M sticky backs. I can do them while standing on the floor., unless I trip over.Smiley Embarassed
