Not sure they've realised yet - they have become - ' The Handmaid's Tale ' .

The so called Christian States - mostly red - now want the 10 Commandments posted in Schools.

Do they not realise the 10 - are old testament  - Christianity had not even raised it's head - yet.

Besides - supposedly there were 15 - but he dropped one - points to Monty Python. 🤣

I digress - this thread is not and has never been political - but - it is a concern for all of us.

I've always thought the same.

Over here, I think their own parties would have ousted these two from the leadership positions years ago.

I was chatting to an American friend and apparently they can't do that over there. If someone is elected as leader, they have to stay that way. They cannot just be given a lesser position in the party.

So I don't know that all Americans think these are necessarily the two top choices, it is just what they are stuck with because of their system.

I think both of them, Biden 81, and Trump 78,  are far too old to stand for office again system or not...needs to change.

Cold cold cold cold - I had a remedial massage session today, and just walking across the narrow one-way bit of road from car to massage centre was like the infamous “I may be some time” final walk into the blizzard of snow-capped death.

Then dashing into pharmacy in the way back to have some prescriptions filled was another shivering experience. I had my left arm wrapped around mum to keep her warmer and protected from the wind and spotted rain.

My masseuse and I solved the world’s problems during the session. We had both representatives (replaced by others in their party (goodbye, Biden, goodbye, Trump), dispensed with RK on the basis of conspiracy theories being a poor platform, and while we were at it we fixed the Box Hill issue and rising violence against women, youth crime and Victoria’s staggering debt.
