Do people really whinge about breaking a nail??? hahaaa!
I always thought it was one of those things said in a joking way.....not something that a person would really complain about??
Does anyone else know someone who does this...or do you ?

Let it dry then put nail polish on.
It use to hold the broken bit onto the nail until the nail grew out, then you could cut rest of nail off........it worked everytime, and I saved many of my nails by doing that.
Would do it now, but havent got any super glue.
I had to go to the chemist this morning and there they were. Nail repair kits ๐
With a tiny fibre glass patches to stop the nail ripping off until it gets a chance to grow beyond the bleeding zone.
That is great, I will go to the chemist today and buy a kit, I have a bandaid on at the moment and it is real annoying.......thanks

It is working better than I expected. I can't even feel the break anymore, whereas yesterday I could feel it all day.

Yes I whinge if I've got them all to a nice even length and then one of them breaks. It spoils the continuity lol.

I used to think that my nails grew too quickly - until I tore one off halfway down which resulted in an infection and lots and lots of pain, and lots of lots of bandaids, and lots and lots of complaining. Then, I was glad that my nails grew quickly. Soul, I agree, I'd much rather use my hands than worry about the state of my nails.

Good to hear your nails grow fast blue but........how to stop the wind blowing my friends hair ??? It's a catastrophy I tell ya !!
So icy, my suggestion of cutting them all off to match the broken one wouldn't be the answer to you either?? lol

I'll suggest that to her lurker.....it may cause the "death stare" though.

2 choices for the hair.
She gets it cut super short so there is not enough to blow round and get messy or
