Hi Miss and we have gone unconditional as of a couple of hours ago.......tradies working flat out and we dismantled quite a bit of a piano that has seen far better days.......needed a stiff scotch after being told how much to take to the tip think we are in the wrong business

And wow fancy seeing a fox.....they are such graceful things....:)

Not too sure what they are like with dogs.........i know they do chase fowls etc id say ud have to keep Baby on the leash etc:(

Up at 5 in the am to hit the packing and then up to the renos to meet tradies at 7.30 so another huge day:(

Wow JVH I'm tired just reading that! Way to go with the unconditional!!! Sounds like a done deal finally! Really happy for you!

Looks like I'm getting the little miss for 10 days SIL planning a surprise trip for my bros b/day! (First week in May looks like). Will be busy with the school runs etc. Worst part for me is when she goes home I feel really empty for quite a while lol.

Hi JVH popping in to wish you and everyone a relaxing weekend! Very exciting things your way!

Was also worried about the little miss when she was tiny in the garden and worried about the foxes. Even with fences there is evidence of them having been in. Lady next door sees them in her backyard all the time. We see them in our street at night often. I had just been wondering if I was being paranoid with the pooch now he is a big boy of 6kilos lol!

Hi Miss and how lovely to have the little angel and im sure you must feel dreadful after she goes home i know i bawl my eyes out everytime i have to be parted from the kids........it gets harder and harder.

Doing the garage sale tomorrow have that all organised....tradies in at 8 in the am so the OH is going to have to apply the boot to them as he doesnt have an idea about gs:(

Wow JVH good luck with the garage sale!! One of my favorite pastimes! Hope it was a huge success! Think they are hard work but loads of fun!

I'm a great auntie again! Nephews partner had a baby girl overnight so exciting. Will trek up to the country for a cuddle. Bought a beautiful thick pink sleeping bag for her today ready for the winter chills!

Hi Miss and yes the gs was a lot of work made some dollars and got rid of some surplus stuff:)

Trip to country today postponed as my sis had help yesterday with the moving. Will go thru the week to see the baby and catch up then!

Hi Miss and great to hear from you been a busy busy day up at the reno cleaning out the pantry etc etc.........and getting rid of heaps of old paperwork:)

Removalist comes in late Wednesday arvo.....tomorrow the builder and the painter at 7 bells going to be a mammoth day:(

This time next weekend ill be kicking back lol
